Registered Nurse Ft/PT/Relief	Clinical Areas ER, Med/Surg/ICU	Varies	Provide Patient Care for Clinical Departments	Current Colorado RN License PALS, ACLS, TNCC
Director of Health Information Management	Health Information Management	Exempt	Oversee the administration of the HIM Department and its services, ensuring appropriate completion and security of medical records, timely coordination of people, and sound interaction with other hospital personnel.	Must be able to carry out the Mission/Values of Southwest Health System.  Bachelors Degree.  RHIA or RHIT certification.  Minimum 2yrs Supervisory Exp.
Director Preoperative Services	OR	(Exempt)	Provide administrative direction for our preoperative service department analysis, planning and strategy formulation of OR goals.   Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery.  Responsible for the development of annual operations budgets for the department and works closely with Hospital Senior Leadership to ensure positive operational outcomes.	BA Degree in Nursing  at least five years experience in field. Previous management experience needed
Director Laboratory Services	Lab	(Exempt)	Provide administrative direction for our laboratory service department as well as analysis, planning and strategy formulation of laboratory goals.   Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery.  Responsible for the development of annual operations budgets for the department and works closely with Hospital Senior Leadership to ensure positive operational outcomes	BA Degree in Biology or related field, at least five years experience in field.  Previous management experience needed
Medical Technician (2 positions)	Lab	Varies	Performs lab test, collects samples, reviews and reports results	MT or MLT Certified by ACSP, NCA, AMT or another national agency
Physical Therapist	Physical Therapy	Varies	In patient, Out patient and Home Health coverage.	Graduate of credible school with current Colorado license
Floor Technician	House Keeping	Varies	Provide safe & effective facility floor care	At least 1 year experience in facility floor care. High School or GED required
Dietary Production	Dietary	Varies	Food preparation, culinary experience preferred	Previous food preparation preferred. High school or GED required
Dietary Aid	Dietary	Varies	Good customer service skills, tray delivery, stocking, cleaning	Previous food preparation work preferred. High School diploma or GED required
Housekeeper (2)	Housekeeping	40	Housekeeping and Janitorial Duties	High School Diploma or GED
LPN (F/T)	Southwest Primary Care	Varies	Assisting in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.	Graduated from an accredited school.  Licensed in the state of CO as an LPN.  CPR certification.
Pharmacy Tech-(Relief)	Pharmacy	Varies	Billing, sterile products preparation, Inventory Management	Certified Tech required Computer literacy experience Sterile products                preparation
Pharmacist (Relief)	Pharmacy	Varies	Order interpretation, clinical consultation, normal dispensing functions	Current PHA CO License Required

THE HOSPITAL HIRES RELIEF EMPLOYEES IN MOST DEPARTMENTS THAT WORK ON AN IRREGULARLY SCHEDULED BASIS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEEDS OF A SPECIFIC DEPARTMENT.  THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS ARE RELIEF STATUS.  RELIEF EMPLOYEES DO NOT RECEIVE BENEFITS BUT DO RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL $1.50 PER HOUR.
