We are dedicated to
continually improving the care and services we provide. We understand the need
to stay on the cutting edge of best medical practices and monitor clinical
outcomes on an ongoing basis. We also monitor dozens of indicators in all
departments to prevent medical errors and ensure patient safety.
In an ongoing effort to
better understand the needs of our patients and their families, we conduct
quarterly surveys about what the hospital experience is like and annually we
conduct a community survey. This data is used to set new goals and continually
improve both quality and service.
We believe in complete
