The mission of our rural health clinic is to provide comprehensive healthcare the underserved patients of Montezuma and surrounding counties, including those who are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, as well as individuals who are uninsured. The clinic accepts Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico Medicaid patients.
