SWMH Foundation Board Meeting

The Southwest Memorial Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)3 that supports and assists Southwest Health System in providing quality health care by supporting programs and initiatives to improve healthcare in Montezuma and Dolores Counties. Over the years the Foundation has successfully undertaken many initiatives, including attracting new physicians to the area, providing furnishings, awarding grants to SHS departments within SHS, and purchasing new medical equipment.
